Please choose your order carefully. Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase that has been used/worn/tried on.

Please read the product details properly, noting the dimensions (which can vary by 2cm) and colours. We will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible but as products are handmade they can vary.

Please also note that items purchased in a Sale are non refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds & exchanges (if applicable)

If your purchased item arrives damaged or with any quality issues at all, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with photographs that clearly show the damage.


Returns shipping

To return your product, please return to the address on your pastage label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we are able to observe the fault we will email you to discuss the refund/exchange options.
